Position Overview
Now Hiring! Mechanical Engineer Location: Livonia, MI Salary: $70K – 100K annually Job Summary:Seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join Vantage Corporation, a leading custom automation and machine integration firm based outside Detroit, Michigan. As a key member of our engineering team, you will design and produce cutting edge machinery solutions. Key Responsibilities:- Design mechanical components and systems for custom automation projects according to the sales order and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of mechanical designs with electrical and control systems.
- Conduct thorough reviews and testing to validate and optimize mechanical designs.
- Generate detailed engineering documentation, including drawings and reports.
- Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle, including production and post-installation.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical design, preferably in custom automation or machine integration.
- Proficiency in 3D & 2D CAD software (e.g., CREO, SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
